Finding ages of nodes (public transport stops)

Hi all,

I’m doing a project, for which I am looking at changes in public transport travel times after construction of new stations. For this I would like to identify urban areas (in the Netherlands) where public transport stations have been constructed between 2012 and 2017.

I was hoping to use OSM for this. Because the ages of the stations aren’t listed (or at least, I can’t find them), I want to use the date that the stations were added to OSM as a proxy.

Could anyone advise me on how to do this? I would really appreciate it!

To be honest, I doubt that using the date that the nodes are added to OSM are an indication for when a bus stop was constructed.
