Hi, I’m not able to open the file exported with openstreetmap, wich programe I have to use to open the file extracted??

Where you exported the data from (there are many different sites that work with the OpenStreetMap data)
What file format the data was exported in
What you intend to do with the data or what goal you’re trying to reach

As mentioned above: OSM is a database and data can be exported in a multitude of file formats. Have a look at https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/OSM_file_formats .
