I attended the UN Mappers Webinar. They’re basically recruiting young people into their mapping chapters all over the world. This webinar which l had joined was focused on Africa, and l interacted with so many people from Africa in that hourly Webinar. What l found out that young people are curious and enthusiastic about maps. However, they need proper guidance. Also they need to be introduced to proper tools and equipments for mapping.
I need to learn a lot myself. There are so many tools available to explore your mapping activities. But you need to have a basic familiar knowledge about the tools which you are using.
