Neither of the places you appear to be referencing in your links seem to be in OpenStreetMap as far as I can tell. If you can’t find it on openstreetmap.org and it doesn’t appear in this search then the bad data probably isn’t from OSM no matter who the third party site says they’re using for the background map.
You’re welcome to add it yourself of course, OSM data ends up in a lot of places customers might see.
