Edited item still on map.

Bear with me as I have just joined OSM.

Two days ago I edited out a petrol station to show it was no longer there.

Edit was accepted but today on OSM main map the Icon/name are still there in certain aspects of zooming.

If I zoom in fully the details disappear, but as I zoom out the Icon/name appear and disappear at each stage of zooming!

Any thoughts??

Some zooms are updated quicker than others.
After some time it will disappear on all zoom levels.
