easy way to upload garmin track to OSM

Some common problems
Timestamps are required (even if identical for all points)
Waypoints in an uploaded GPX track are not accepted (I think)

Waypoints are accepted and they will upload, but only if there is at least one valid track as well. Mos common problem is missing timestamps.
