I recently cleaned up some parts of the E1 path: Waymarked Trails - Hiking (click “analyze relation”)
There’s one section near Göteborg that I can’t quite figure out though. It says (light blue marker):
More than two segments of the route meet in this point.
Could anyone help me with this?
As an aside here, there are many parts where the trail traces over existing routes, without including them as relation members. I’m not sure what the policy is here, but I would think it’s preferred to include the underlying relations.
This happens mostly in Germany, but in some sections in Scandinavia as well (Nordkalottleden is an example).
It looks to be because the route is made up of sub-relations which don’t start and end at the same point, so overlap on the section between the two blue points.
