I just wanted to drop, that its sooo cool to drive with a gps that is based on the data we provided by ourself into OSM.
Actually I’m using the offline app Navdroyd for Android for navigation and beside the fact that its not possible to define not to use the toll road its amazing.
In compare to Germany our data is not that perfect but you will reach your destination with OSM data.
I have used before only images / titles of the area Im driving at to find blank areas where I can add some roads. Today I can navigate and there are not so many blank areas left that are needed to cover in central Israel.
Just to compare:
Israel navigation map is 2 MB
Jordan is 236 KB
West Bank about 2 MB
Germany is about 250 MB
USA about 1310 MB
