I was working on adding muban and chumchon to kelang nakhon town municipalty, problem i encounter is many village are using name moo number but on the offical town map in their website state that it an saparate community,
My question is should community be an admin boundary under the village, and if an village have no community onside it but exist within municipalies limit should it be saparate object too?
For example
An village in Kelang nakhon like บ้านศรีหมวดเกล้า1 and บ้านศรีหมวดเกล้า2 use same number of หมู่ but lead by driffent person,
should บ้านศรีหมวดเกล้า1 and บ้านศรีหมวดเกล้า2 should be admin level 11 community inside admin level 10 village?
You can see the diagram here as an example. Your case likely suits the middle diagram, as a municipality comprises of multiple villages and not more than 50% residential area connected together. It already established communities but yet to dissolve villages, which is the most common type of municipality nowadays.
That diagram shows an example of a municipality with 4 villages (admin_level=10) and 7 communities (admin_level=11).
From my guess, it seems like บ้านศรีหมวดเกล้า 1 and บ้านศรีหมวดเกล้า 2 are admin_level=11 communities inside หมู่ที่ xx admin_level=10.
For the place node, likely place=municipality for the municipality, place=village for บ้านศรีหมวดเกล้า, and place=neighbourhood for บ้านศรีหมวดเกล้า 1 and บ้านศรีหมวดเกล้า 2.
