Dowloading OSM coberture on diferent dates

Hi everybody

After a month mapping in Bolivia for a developing project using OSM, now I’m in the hard part of making reports.

I want to add a map of the previous cartographic situation of the study zone before the project, and the actual situation.

So I’m guessing ff there’s any way of getting OSM cobertutres on diferent dates, say Feb, Jun and Today. I have play around with geofabrick but only can find for the last available modification.
