This OSM contributor, ニュースモティハリ, has recently started editing the OSM map. This user is not following the osm guideline. We have observed that this user is creating duplicate road geometries and incorrectly changing highway classifications in Mehsi & Motihari (Bihar)
The user is creating new road geometries even where roads already exist, resulting in duplicate and overlapping roads.

BCNorwich has also reverted or removed several highways that duplicated in this manner and we also commented on changesets.
The user is also incorrectly changing highway classifications. Our team has been correcting these issues, but the user continues to make the same incorrect edits on corrected highway classification

These incorrect geometries and highway classifications could disrupt map routing and reduce the overall quality of the data.
We recommend that the OSM community review and validate all changesets made by this user. If any discrepancies or incorrect edits are identified, the affected changesets should be reverted.
