[disregard] What is this long horizontal line in Chad?

It’s an extremely long line with just “Limit N”. Been there since November 2019. It starts on some unnamed road, goes east through a few villages and hamlets, through Massakory, and then ends near nothing in particular. Is this just a guide someone made while editing they forgot to delete?

Probably your assumption is correct. Easiest to just ask the user who added it as he is still activ.
