Here’s my problem: I would like to display the names of streets in OVERLAY (transparent overlay).
The example found at this link: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/OpenLayers_osm_file_example, shows only AREAS “Polygon” in ORANGE color 
from a .OSM file - but the problem is that does not display street names 
so if you can help me find the solution …
It stresses me thoroughly for several months without understanding anything .
So I will wish to see the names of streets in OVERLAY (transparent overlay).
