There is a No Right Turn restriction at node 586527352. However when I tried using the direction facility in OSM it ignored it and turned right! If these restrictions are generally being ignored then I would think the software needs amending.
The turn restriction in question is broken. It has two “from” ways and no “to” ways. If you fix that turn restriction and then wait a few days for the routers to see the changes, I expect you’ll then get the expected routing.
