there was another deleting near Dimona.

Seems like somebody added military area tag and another decided to delete.
Please please do not delete without discussion.
People have Satimages from Bing and repaint specific areas over and over.
This is not helpful to remove such bis places all the times.
What do you think. How should we continue on that?
