Did edit - added a bridge - only visible at Zoom 18 and 16. Why?

Hi,
Just did my first edit using Potlatch2 - I added a new bridge to an existing footpath.
I generally followed these instructions http://vimeo.com/20329554 “OpenStreetMap: Add a Bridge with Potlatch2”
But - I only see the bridge at zoom levels 18 and 16.

It’s this changeset: http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/changeset/13443264

Existing adjacent bridges are visible at zoom levels 18 to 14 inclusive.

Is this a bug? Or did I do something wrong - in which case how do I correct it?

It’s not a bug, just takes time to update tiles of different zoom levels.
