Development of openstreetmap.org website(s)

Hi together,
I’d like to know where the development of the openstreetmap.org website http://www.openstreetmap.org in special and the localized websites like http://www.openstreetmap.de/ in general take place. I’d like to discuss the development of the search function and therefore inspect the sources. Is that possible just like that?
