Damaging OSM Data

Hi,
I noticed someone deliberately damaged OSM Data (looks like for Political Protests) and changed all the country relations for Israel from Israel to Palestine.

How do we fix this issue for the entire country? The changeset information is below:

Anyone know how to revert?

I think it’s important to keep the integrity of OSM data and keep politics out.

Vandalism of this magnitude/importance should be reported to Data Working Group at data@osmfoundation.org as it might involve a user block. I have done this now.
