I was wondering if someone could tell me whether the data for the cycling routes is accurate and complete, for Romania. When is the last update for this data?

A good way of viewing routes is Waymarked Trails - Cycling
As with many other things in OpenStreetMap completeness is difficult to measure.
And the data is always as up-to-date as it is shown, e.g. depending in which app or on which website you’re looking at OpenStreetMap data.
