Since September 2025, Canadian Western Bank (CWB) branches are now being rebranded to National Bank following a merger of the two. I have just renamed one branch in Edmonton that have been rebranded. Currently, there are 26 branches that are still named CWB (See overpass turbo ), and would also need an NSI update to mark the bank as defunct. Would also like to see if any other branches have already undergone the change.

Huh, didn’t realize that happened. Granted, Canadian Western seems a lot less popular now than it was 20+ years ago; in my anecdotal experience many CWB branches had simply closed in the last 5-15 years or so.
Thanks for the heads-up, as an Alberta/little bit of BC mapper I’ll try to keep an eye out.
