I am looking to download a road map file of cuba to use with my Garmin device. I need the file for both, mac or pc.
Where can i find it?

Probably the easiest option is to use this website: http://garmin.openstreetmap.nl/
Just pick Cuba from the dropdown list, then it gives you a link to download the map. That has files to install in Garmin Basecamp (on Windows or Mac), plus a file to install directly onto the Garmin device.
