Croatia and Slovenia maritime Boundaries

I have noticed that the Maritime boundary between Croatia and Slovenia overlaps considerably, please can someone help confirm which is correct?

If you’re referring to the Gulf of Piran, it’s apparently the subject of a territorial dispute between the two countries. Many maritime territorial disputes are modeled as overlapping boundary relations.
