I’m a brand spank’n new noob, so i must start off with an apology for what i assume is a redundant inquiry. I made multiple searches but nothing came up relevant, so here it goes…
I’m an urban pioneer and community activist in a rough neighborhood located on the southside of Chicago, through extensive research i have come to the conclusion that one of the main, if not the main source of our problems stem from an excessive amount of public housing that saturates our neighborhood with litter, vandalism and violent crimes. To help illustrate this to my neighbors and neighborhood-at-large, a visual representation in map-form would be a powerful tool in waking up the citizenship. Is there a way to create such a map with public access?
