In my area a lot of the coastal reed wetlands have been tagged as wetland=fen, and that doesn’t seem correct. Should I go with wetland=marsh, or possibly wetland=reedbed instead?
It’s non-tidal with brackish water.
I would probably go with wetland=marsh, maybe even wetland=saltmarsh since you say it’s brackish (though not tidal). Honestly I’m not sure exactly when wetland=reedbed is supposed to be used, so I just use marsh since it seems like the more general term that can be easily applied from aerial imagery.
