Complicated hierarchies of buildings grouped on a campus

My problem is three physically separate buildings that form the boarding house of a school, the boarding house having just one name and behaving functionally as one building.

Any straightforward suggestions? I’ve currently given it its own “school grounds” area, but that’s not really good enough - that area is itself within the (correctly tagged) larger school area.

Even worse, while this school is spread across many physically distinct sites in the town, it’s clustered around two main areas. These are currently mapped separately (here’s the other one), which seems sensible, but it would be good to have a ‘relation of relations’ for the whole school if that were possible.

This may be a variation on the university campus problem. I’m sure I’ve seen a solution written up, but can’t remember where.

Heh, it may be the wiki answers this perfectly.

But I can’t make sense of

so any guidance there would be great.
