Compiling building data with outside sources

I created a spreadsheet of OpenStreet map ways/relations and various websites that contain data about the buildings depicted in OSM: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1yA7gNwyhEcON6wXEAwvIMl1vPFP1Ff6JonoJJKpiwak/edit?usp=sharing

Has anyone been able to automate extracting info from websites such as the ones in my spreadsheet and applying them to the OSM buildings? Is there anything in particular that I can do to make this spreadsheet more useful?

I doubt that most of those sources have the right copyright clearances for it to be permissible to import them into OSM, and mechanical updates general require that you get consensus on the relevant local community forum or mailing list, first.
