A couple of of thoughts - the description on the front page is:
The goal:
At TomTom, we proudly support OpenStreetMap (OSM) communities around the world in the mission to create a more accurate and usable map for all.
As part of this challenge, we’re reviewing toll-related features in OpenStreetMap to identify records that need be updated, removed, added, or marked as non-operational. The focus includes particular attention to distinguishing toll booths, where drivers may need to stop, from free-flow toll gantries, where they may need to slow down, and correcting features that do not represent road tolls. Correct positioning and classification reduce phantom toll warnings, incorrect charging assumptions, and misleading guidance while supporting safer speed management and improving routing, navigation, and the representation of real-world road infrastructure.
How were the tasks in the challenge created?
The tasks were created through a systematic review of the complete set of toll-related features on OSM. TomTom’s local experts manually classified every record as Correct, Update, Remove, Out of business, or Create and recorded any required corrections to the name, category, coordinates, and operator. Reviews prioritized national toll authorities and concessionaires; where no single authoritative source exists, experts combined operator information, OSM tags, available street-level imagery, and local knowledge.
Please note that some tasks may no longer require edits. If the issues have already been addressed by other contributors, feel free to mark the task as “Already Fixed”. If you think that the issue does not require a fix, and is correct as it is, please mark the task as “Not an Issue”.

Provide an informative and concise changeset comment when uploading your edits.
Upload your edits in OSM.
Select “I fixed it!” status for the edit made.
If for some reason a map edit is not necessary, or possible, choose one of the following statuses:
“Already fixed” – If the suggested changes are already made by someone outside of the challenge.
“Can’t Complete” – If you were not able to make edits due to low-quality, outdated or unavailable imagery, or conflicting sources.
“Not an Issue” – If you find that the issue wouldn’t require a fix, and based on your knowledge, the map is correct as it is.
