Yes, comments cannot be translated:

Comments cannot be flagged or translated

The comments cannot be flagged and they cannot be translated with the translate-button. I therefore suggest deactivating this plugin again until such problems are solved.

Also, topics with new comments are not marked as unread and therefore have no effect on this list (among other things):
