When splitting a line in 2 parts, sometimes the line-parts become green colored. What could this mean?
Assuming you’re talking about the iD editor here, it sounds like the Highlight Changes feature is on. The green simply means that you have edited the feature. If you want it turned off, then you can press G or go here:
