City name 'Toluca de Lerdo' replaced with vandalism

Where does this vandalism come from?

The node of Toluca de Lerdo seems ok. The error is visible on all zoomlevels ≤ 12

This problem is already fixed AFAIK, this was mentioned not too long ago on one of the many OSM fora (don’t remember which). However, the re-rendering on zoomlevels <= 12 is not done yet.
