Check request for strange edits of a new user at Edgware Road

Can somebody with local knowledge please check the suspicious edits of one new user who is obviously using two fresh accounts? See his recent edits in this area . The user accounts are WayneRooney1 and David Beck123.

The current end result of the edits is a broken primary_link connection of Edgware Road.

The names in themselves are suspicious.
