Catastre import for Lagarde in Lothringen

According to this thread in the German forum (http://forum.openstreetmap.org/viewtopic.php?id=8947) it’s possible to import the Catastre data with JOSM. Unfortunately I don’t use JOSM please don’t ask why. Therefore I’m looking for someone who could import the Cataster data from the community of Lagarde in Lothringen, then I could adjust the ways afterwards myself.

ich habe versucht, Dir zu helfen, aber wenn ich es recht sehe:

http://www.cadastre.gouv.fr/scpc/rechercherPlan.do

gibt es diese Gegend nicht als Vektordaten, sondern nur als “format image” und dann komme ich nicht weiter.
