Car park on the roof of a shopping mall

There is a car park on the roof of part of a shopping mall here is what i’m thining about doing:

Way leading from the road up the ramp – set it to level=1 when it starts to go up the ramp;
Make the car park as per normal, but with level=1

Is that it, or is there any other secial treatment that’s needed?

I suspect there may be another car park in the basebment, does this need special treatment?

Its difficult to map parkings (let alone all the parking aisles) when a parking is spread over multiple levels, all the ways become a real mess. Just outlining the parkings with appropriate levels and connecting those with access roads should suffice.
