I’m looking at correcting the fee tag on a car park. The car park is at RSPB Loch Leven, and the policy is that RSPB members can park for free, non-members are charged £3. How can I add this condition to OSM? The documentation (Key:fee - OpenStreetMap Wiki) gives an example of a condition where customers are not charged, but I’m not sure if OSM has a way to differentiate between members of an organisation, and non-members.
It would be done as a conditional charge something like:
fee=yes + fee:conditional=no @ RSPB members.
I’m sure that somebody better than me on conditions, will be along soon to correct the layout!

The tagging is very rare, so it’s more or less your choice what you put there as the condition.
I would do it like Fizzie, except only mention members. Then also include the brand. E.g.
brand=RSPB
brand:wikidata=Q1892802
membership=yes
fee=yes
fee:conditional=no @ members
charge=3.00 GBP

Thank you for your advice. I will add the tags you suggest Jofban.
There is a similar situation for National Trust Car Parks, as well as
entrance to properties.
Maybe English Heritage and CADW as well.
