I’ve been using id-editor for more than one year. I used to set a custom background when editing. However, about one to two months ago I found the “Custom” field is missing from Background Setting menu , therefore I could not specify custom imagery anymore. Can anyone help me to get back the “Custom” setting?
The “Custom” field is still there for me.
Is the entry not visible for this iD instance as well?

(It’s very strange the “Custom” field is gone in normal OSM iD editor. I can’t find any setting to get it back.)
Do you have adblock or other extension that may modify site content? Is it happening when you disable all extensions?
Are you using unusual or outdated browser?
You reminded me to check my browser environment. I used to use desktop Chrome, so I turned to use Microsoft Edge to login to OSM and the “Custom” field was there. Therefore the problem is something related to browsers. I tried to clean the cookies in Chrome and re-login to OSM, “Custom” field finally came back! The problem is solved now. Thank you for your advice.
