I noticed that a mall had a 3d interactive map of their mall with all the stores, entrances and number of their parking lots. What interested me is the map provider they are using (MappedIn) uses Openstreetmap under the hood. This made me question if i can use this interactive map to add all its details to OSM. Can i use it?
Here is the 3d map
Here is a photo of what it looks like if you don’t want to open the website
Very likely not (at least not with further information from the operators). If the information was already in OSM, you wouldn’t be asking and if they are simply using OSM as a background share-alike doesn’t kick in.
Why would it not be? I would assume they added the data themselves, it ain’t from Google Maps, Unless you are trying to say that the data they put is now their own copyright.

When does it kick in?
If it was in OSM you wouldn’t be asking if you can copy it.
When you use OSM data.
Thats the point!
To perhaps expand on that a little further:
It would fall under the ODbL if they used the OSM data to correctly position the stores. Quite likely however (at least, the contrary would have to be proven), they used their own coordinates and measurements to put the stores on the map, and only set OSM as the background.
Intuitively, if they could use Google Maps and their data would be exactly the same, then it probably doesn’t fall under the ODbL.
When does it kick in?
Until proven otherwise, it’s probably safest to assume that you can’t copy into OSM from any online map!
Yes, there are exceptions to this, most of which will already be known & listed as an available source.
