Hello folks. Last month I submitted a request under Right to Information to Delhi Transport Corporation, India. I have now received the reply.
Can I upload the data under (2) since (3) says it is in public domain? Should I be aware of any catch?

You have successfully obtained the data and you have clarified the license. These are important steps for an import but more steps are required. You will find more information in our import guidelines: https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Import/Guidelines
You will probably have to:
- check whether any bus routes or bus stops are already in OSM before you add them
- make sure that the positions of the bus stops in the official data set align with OSM (you don’t want a bus stop placed in the middle of a road or in a building etc)
- for proper bus route mapping, create relations and identify which existing OSM ways need to be put into the relation as members (some ways might have to be split if the relation only uses part of it)
A successful import proposal should explain how you intend to do this, so that others can then review your plan and tell you if there are any potential issues with it.
