Can I edit my gps track log?

I wish to upload the gps tracks where I have added some footways to OSM however I took a detour from my mapping to do a geocache and forgot to save before doing this. I therefore need to edit out this section of track.

Is there a simple bit of downloadable software that will allow me to do this please? I stress simple as Iā€™m a relative Luddite! :slight_smile:
