I have created a data base following all the indications provided in the guides of OSM but I always receive the same message of error. Could any of you indentify what is the mistake in my data base? Picture attached.

GPX upload is for uploading traces that you have recorded yourself, not to import points into the database. If you wish to do an import please follow the Import Guidelines to avoid having your changes undone.
