Bulk upload bus stops/terminals in Delhi

Govt of Delhi recently started “Open Transit Data” initiate where they are giving out static as well as live data related to public transit. The dataset consists of updated bus stop/terminals across Delhi with pin point Lat/Long.

I can verify that most of these stops are not available on the map. I am looking to bulk upload this data along with buses plying from that stop [this data is also available, some preprocessing required]. This will provide better “routability” accuracy for public transports.

Problem:

Many bus stops are already marked. Should they be left as it is or removed? [manually or using a script]

Community is welcome to comment or pitch in in whatever way possible.
