Bulk import of Tesla Superchargers in the United States

ZIP codes are assigned to addresses on the basis of delivering mail. It’s so they can be divided up among letter carriers. A charger location is likely to only have a physical address without a ZIP code.

That’s not how copyright or database rights work. For most reproductions (including what’s done with OSM data) you need a license from the rights owner.

In general, facts aren’t protected, but databases of facts collected by humans are. That’s a huge simplification, but it’s good enough for this purpose.

The user content section of TMC’s terms aren’t relevant, as you’re not submitting anything to them as part of the import. Section 17 and 26 are the most relevant

No Content contained in the Service may be republished, distributed, transmitted, modified, reposted, copied, or in any other way exploited, in whole or in part, by anyone who does not own intellectual property rights to said Content or does not have express written consent of those with said intellectual property rights in said Content.
