Hi, I want to get an estimate on how many buildings in US have a name tagged to it using Overpass. Could someone suggest a good way to do this?

Not many buildings have name tags. Very often name tags are only set on nodes for shops within building areas.
Don’t know if overpass is the right tool for this. Hope someone others can help!

I recommend to try first filtering efforts for a smaller region and not for a whole country.
Be sure you have built the correct filtering parameters before trying the whole US.
