Broadcast station site (relation)

Hello, I am a new user.

So I put a television broadcast station site (not a studio).

Example: relation/20973173

  • Communication tower/antenna (relation as “antenna”)
  • Transmitter building (building=industrial; relation as “transmitter” for most cases)
  • Generator building (building=industrial, optional; relation as “generator” for some cases)
  • Industrial Area (optional, mostly surrounded by fences or walls; relation as “outline”)

What about the satellite dishes (tower:construction=dish), regardless, or do the relation types need changing?

Yes, and the site Relation is not needed as long as the features are all inside of this area.

exactly, just tag the way around the site with the data of the station and if you like, the individual parts, they are already implicitly inside the station by spatial relationship, no need for an explicit relation.

Btw, there are multiple broadcast stations in a single area.

(relation/20973173 and relation/20973174 both within way/1491131475)
