For this (and similar) OSM Relation Analyzer doesn’t seem to work.
In general the best thing is to check Geofabriks OSMI area screen OSM Inspector | Geofabrik Tools which I typically do once a day (but missed the error in question).
Note: it is quite picky and touching rings are NOT errors (and can’t be avoided).
