Boat Rental in Proposed Features

I made an new entry for a new tag “amenity=boat_rental” in the propsed features.

I find, the boat_rentals should be tagged. There are a lot of holiday destinations, where tourists can rent a boat. And for the tourists, its a big help, to plan their activities in their holidays.

Its similar the car_rentals and bicycle_rentals, but with some additionals.
