When do the Bing Satellite images get updated?
How did someone add roads that seem to only show up on Google Maps?
As Mappers, our work will be dated if the Satellite images are dated
GPS and personal survey are you friends. Local authority also may release actual datasets available under public domain. Also, some places have alternate imagery available, BING isn’t always the best choice.
In linked location “USGS Large Scale Imagery” have abovementioned roads as construction and “Mapbox Satellite” (though, you may want to do ctrl+f5 to ensure you don’t use old, cashed images) as complete.
