Bing Aerial Imagery does not match Map

Hello,

I’m a new user and I want to help map a town near Panama City, Panama. However, the current streets and buildings in the map are moved in relation to the aerial image. How should I deal with this? Should I edit all the features or is there a way to move the background image?

If possible, it would be worth collecting a number of GPS traces, then using that to align the aerial imagery. ie get a number of GPS traces along an obvious feature, eg something like a road, then adjust the imagery to match that.
