Nope, when there are only markings without a bicycle pictogram then it is a cycleway=shared_lane, if there is a pictogram of a bicycle then it is a cycleway=lane

Ter info - Nederland heeft nu geen bicycle_road=yes meer, alle 6x heb ik weg gehaald.

• Wijchen: gewoon fietspad
• Zeist (2x): getagged met NL:L51 (ventweg tussen twee fietspaden)
• Amsterdam (2x): normaal fietspad (twee segmenten, de rest niet)
• Den Haag: gewoon fietspad (slecht uitgelijnd)
