Hello OSM Belgium,
Today, I am sharing this MapRoulette Challenge (Belgium - Disconnected Barriers from Nearby Roads) which is made to focus on different types of barriers that are not connected to the highway located close to it to address connectivity and misleading access information.
The tasks in this challenge were generated based on filtering out OSM data where there’s a barrier located on a highway or within 5 meters of a highway but not connected to it. All types of highway=* are included, and barriers such as bollard, block, flowerpot, crash_attenuator, kerb, log, and rock are excluded from the check.
If a task no longer requires an edit: mark it “Already Fixed” (if fixed by others) or “Not an Issue” (if correct as is).
