Autoroute A601?

The Autoroute A601 is tagged as highway=motorway, access=no.
It has been out of use for 12 years now, has been reused as a dump site, first for waste from the 2021 inundations, later to store polluted soil from the same inundated sites.
There are not immediate plans for reopening this highway.

It is widely used by locals as a walking, skating an motocrossing area.

Would it not be better to re-tag it as highway=service and disused:highway=motorway with access=no?

Also, is the name “Koning Boudewijnsnelweg” apt for this road? I think lists only the A13 (E313) and A3 (E40) as Koning Boudewijnsnelweg.

Function over form. Yes, should be just a service road in my opinion

I have changed it, but kept the ref=A601 and made it disused:highway=motorway[_link] and highway=service.

I also changed the wikipedia link from nl:Koning Boudewijnsnelweg to fr:Autoroute A601 (Belgique), the Wikidata to the corresponding item, and removed the Koning Boudwijnsnelweg name.
